    Omg is it that hard to create a needs analysis in 20 sec, make Grant accept the fill of the need-10 sec, than use his own accept to sell it? Just create a need with the product you have…

    Think, Think, Think. The whole idea of this is to see what mental capacities you have. Thoughts turn into words, words make you take action. if you cant think on your feet your dead in a sales environment.

    You know what water is right? Well this cup filled with water in my hand is different from all other water, why? Because it’s the only goddamn water available in this room to quench your thirst! Now what do like purchase this water in a glass cup with… cash or credit?

    Ok, here goes “Grant,, did you know our bodies are 98% water! If we don’t keep ourselves hydrated by drinking small sips throughout the day…..well, several water experts say that you’re more likely to suddenly collapse and die. They were totally healthy just like you and then BAMMM! Gone. Grant, frankly I booked this meeting with you because I’m very concerned that the same thing will happen to you. My mouth is dry, Grant; how about yours? No?

    Well that’s interesting, Grant Cardone, but I never take no for an answer! It seems that you don’t appreciate how much you need water. I guess you never heard about the people dying in Africa due to lack of water, either, is that right?. Tell me, Cardone, do you mind if I demonstrate for you the life-saving importance of water? Ok great! This will be one demo you will not forget, Cardone!” I would then grab the glass of water and light his tie on fire to begin the negotiations. I told you, I don’t take NO for an answer!

    Who is this water for and when was the last drink they had?
    Awesome, do they drink tap, filtered or bottled water?
    How much water do they consume a day?
    Do you think you drink enough water a day?
    What do you like about that water you’re currently drinking? Are there any dislikes about the water you consume?
    Do you know the benefits of drinking an adequate amount of water and consequences of not getting enough?
    Well let me go over a few points that will refresh your memory and possibly give you some new information on how this can be of value to you.
