    stop saying “i got your # from john, etc.”. this does’nt apply to 99.9% of cold callers and will just get them to respond “John Who?”. That’s not the response you want.

    I really like that when I call someone I indicate my name and the intention of the call, I always say in some seconds what the company do in general and then mention Im interested in seeing you personally could I go to your office to see if this benefits you, and if someone say ok, I say, when is the right time for you?, and where is more suitable for you, and thats it, I get an appointment.

      But is it a quality appointment? Did you identify their needs well enough, or are you going to waste your time going to the meetings and then get rejected there

      yeah you need to qualify them first if they have the money and if they are in need of your service/product.

    Never mention time in a call. NEVER EVER! If you mention time they are going to do exactly what Grant did, look at the clock/watch and reaffirm that they don’t have time.
